The political situation has changed suddenly last night 18 July 2022 when PTI have a clear victory over PML(N) and its correlation parties. We have already seen an increase in demand in the market already as people are expecting the PTI government to rule again to reverse all taxes related to the Real estate market that dented the market big time.

N league Government dented the market by imposing taxes like Gain tax and an increase in advance tax with proposed taxes on the rental value of the property had faced lots of criticism from realtors and investors.

Our Opinion

we are expecting that with the popularity and momentum Imaran has in the current political situation he is likely to rule again very soon. If that is the case with taxes being reversed as expected then we will see a big jump in prices of all sectors in Bahria town.

with the progression and development of the ring road, the housing societies will flourish again that are dependent on the Ringroad project.
